Welcome to Wee eSIM. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of weemobile.co.uk and any eSIM products purchased from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Wee eSIM ("we", "us", "our") sells digital eSIM data plans for travel and everyday connectivity through weemobile.co.uk, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Nature of Our Products

All products sold are digital eSIM profiles, delivered electronically (via QR code and/or activation details) immediately after purchase. No physical item is shipped. You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise and include any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments and our supported payment methods.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM details are issued to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Activation and Usage

  • eSIM plans must be installed and, where applicable, activated within the validity window stated on the product page.
  • Data allowances, validity periods, and network coverage vary by plan and are described on each product listing.
  • Network speed and coverage depend on local telecom infrastructure and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: refunds are only available before an eSIM has been installed or activated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share purchased eSIM profiles with third parties
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems or network

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data, service interruption, or inability to connect due to local network conditions outside our control
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products
  • Device incompatibility issues unrelated to our service

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on weemobile.co.uk — including logos, branding, and site content — is owned by Wee eSIM and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
