Device Compatibility Checker
Before purchasing an eSIM, make sure your device supports eSIM technology and is network-unlocked (not tied to your home carrier). Check your device against the list below.
How to Check Your Device
Two quick ways to confirm compatibility:
- On iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About, and scroll down — if you see an “EID” or “Digital SIM” field, your device supports eSIM.
- On Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections) > SIMs, and look for an option to “Add eSIM” or “Download a SIM instead.” If it's there, you're compatible.

Important Notes
- Carrier locked devices cannot use eSIM plans from a different provider, even if the device model supports eSIM. Contact your current carrier to confirm your device is unlocked.
- Devices bought in mainland China often have eSIM functionality disabled by the manufacturer, regardless of model.
- If your exact model isn't listed above but you confirmed compatibility using the steps at the top of this page, you're good to go — this list covers the most common devices but isn't exhaustive.
